- It's so exciting!
Planted some cherry tomatoes, lettuce, rocket and other herbs over the weekend - to keep my windblown chillies/peppers (?) company and voila! the seedlings were overjoyed to get some real sunshine and a good watering - they've grown at least a centimetre (I swear!). - When the cats away......
Our dear cats have passed on and this has not gone unnoticed by the resident smaller species who share our house. It seems to be a free for all with playful geckos plopping out from behind the pictures at an alarming rate (who knows how many we house, it's too scary to imagine!) and then brazenly giving one the full stare - no more scuttling for cover in case the quick-as-lightening Rosie was close by. I shudder to think what's scuttling across the floor when I get up at night - TG for poor eyesight!
I do miss the cats.......
