Greetings friends, the weather has cleared for now, to remind us that in spite of Winter, we certainly live in the most beautiful City in the world.  So here are two suggestions for the weekend ahead

• get to the Bright Art Sale at the Bright Day Creative Space in Woodstock, from Fri 13 - 16 June, 9:00 - 16:00 with free entry.  Affordable art on sale all weekend

• we all need more books to read in this weather so visit the SA Book Fair at the CTICC,  Fri 13 - 15 June, 9:00 - 18:00, R50 entrance fee

• starting on Thursday 5 - 8 June, it's Kamers at The Castle.  Tickets cost R60 and all the details are on www.kamersvol.com

• starting this Friday 6 - 15 June is the Encounters SA International Documentary Festival on at The V & A, The Fugard and The Labia.  Tickets cost R40.  Check out the CT schedule for screening times etc
