Two hot talking points over the dinner table right now
- is Brett Murray's The Spear painting of Zuma disrespectful and immoral or is it an interesting work of art, with the artist using his creative license to express his views on the state of SA politics at the moment??? Amusing how most of those shocked that this painting should have been exhibited at all, are men.......
- should the Principal (and his pupils) of the overcrowded South Peninsula High School have marched on the property down the road (that has been standing vacant for years), broken the lock and started moving in.......? All sorts of ramifications but at last the public and the powers that be have taken notice. Watching this one to see if it is going anywhere, soon......?
