Hi there - on a perfect day, Winter is often just the most marvellous time here in CT: crisp early mornings and evenings and heavenly middays.  Fewer tour buses on the roads, just lots of our favorite people - Capetonians, out and about, taking in the bliss.......

• grab some snacky things and head straight for your nearest beach, after work, to watch the sunset - have you noticed how it's setting later and later each day? - here comes Summer!

• go for a brisk walk at lunchtime (instead of eating in the office, hunched over that laptop) and wherever you are, remember to look at The Mountain - the source of all our fabulous creative energy
