- - with their 'very in' S American traditional fare: a pisco sour cocktail - a combo of "quebranta pisco (a brandy made from the quebranta grape grown in the Inca region of southern Peru), lime, sugar syrup, egg white and bitters"
ps: on our travels in Sicily recently we discovered almond wine - delicious served ice-cold with a twist of lemon zest - yum!
