Trust that not too much labour was involved and that you enjoyed your holiday yesterday, making the most of this fine fine weather we're loving soooo much - two random snippets picked up recently

  • Harry Wallop writes in The Telegraph that "over the past year, while the rest of the toy and games market fell by 1 per cent because of consumers’ squeezed disposable income, sales of grown-up jigsaws increased by an impressive 11 per cent, with more than six million sold, according to NPD, the research company." - surprising? not really but then we're keen puzzlers

  • Dan Lewis writes about Mr and Mrs Vogel, "the unlikely collectors" - who "over their four decades together, had collected well over 4,500 works of art which, despite their meager means, were worth a fortune." - incredible!
