- Cape Town Stadium rears it's magnificent (empty) head and what a shame - such a beautiful beautiful design sits there day after day chewing up the bucks, hosting nothingness! Did you see the massive crowd at Newlands Super 15 on Saturday, both Stormers and Bulls supporters packed into the stadium, imagine an even bigger crowd @ the Green Point Stadium, and the fabulous fanwalk before the match, marvellous memories of the Soccer WC - a wasted opportunity, if ever there was one. If only the politicians and the rugby unions would get over themselves, we could all get on with enjoying an amazing spectacle in a world class venue.
- Instead, another group of has-beens gets dished up to the CT public - as if the Eagles will make a difference to the dire financial situation the Stadium managers find themselves in. They are virtually giving away tickets to tomorrow night's show. Sad!
Well, otherwise it's been a wonderful day so far!
