Hello there - what a weekend ahead!  Even if you are not cycling in the Argus Cycle Race, there's plenty to see and do, amongst others

• go and have some fun and watch some sexy moves, get to Mavericks on Friday 7 March for the first heat of the Pole Dancing Championships (better still, sign-up to do your thing there)

• the Old Mutual Summer Sunset Concert at Kirstenbosch  this Sunday, 9 March, will feature Hugh Masekela.  Starting at 17:30 - 19:00, best to get there early to book a spot, gates open @ 4pm - classic afrojazz!
