- on Sunday this weekend, it's the Cape Town City Marathon which includes a 10 km and various shorter fun runs (& relays) through the City - always fun, no matter what the weather does

- on Saturday 19 October, The Colour Run comes to CT and is being held along Sea Point Promenade - "also known as the Happiest 5km on the Planet" - got to join in the fun!
