- "58% of men admit they have damaged their home with DIY. 50% have abandoned a project; a third have covered up their failed handiwork" (Disney/Daily Mail) - more reason to duck as soon as that toolbox comes out

- "41% of British men and 33% of British women do not shower or bathe daily" (SCA/The Times) - good reason not to travel by tube during a London summer
